Sisterhood
alpha Kappa Delta Phi promotes sisterhood, not only because we are a sorority, but also to provide women with a strong network and support system. By working with and surrounding ourselves with strong and independent women, we can learn from one another and grow into confident and successful women. We regularly hold sisterhood events to catch up and relax. With alpha Kappa Delta Phi, we have found our home away from home.
Scholarship
At students, our top priority is our education. alpha Kappa Delta Phi upholds this pillar by setting a minimum GPA for each sister, helping us maintain academic excellence and achieve our true potential. Our chapter's academic chairs help make sure each sister is doing well academically, and offers help when necessary. With the support of our house, each sister can strive to accomplish their personal and academic goals.

Leadership
alpha Kappa Delta Phi encourages each sister to explore their leadership abilities through positions within the organization. Each sister has the chance to run for different positions throughout their time as an active member. In promoting leadership, alpha Kappa Delta Phi teaches important skills that will benefit every sister in their future.
Service
alpha Kappa Delta Phi's philanthropy is Breast Cancer Awareness. We hope to make a difference, no matter how big or small, in order to help those around us. Besides volunteering for Breast Cancer Awareness, we also participate in many community service events. alpha Kappa Delta Phi strives to give back to the community and to make our community a better place.
Asian-Awareness
As an Asian-Interest organization, we strive to embrace our backgrounds and to educate others about them. It is very important that we raise awareness about Asian-American issues that are prevalent today and to break the stereotypes that people may have associated with our cultures.
